Please contact us first to learn where to send it too. Most often we have you send it back directly to the manufacturer to save you time and money in your return-process. Assuming it arrives with all tags and in resell-able condition, we will credit your account immediately and send you an email confirming the return. We suggest you use a carrier that can confirm delivery and issue insurance (like UPS or FedEx) as we can not be responsible for returned merchandise getting lost or damaged in transit.
